Rosé Quercus SPARKLING WINE

Rosé Quercus Sparkling Wine is produced from Pinot Noir, which gives to the wine a soft pink-violet colour, the fruity scent of cherries, raspberries and berry fruit. A long-Charmat method contributed to balanced and rich release of carbonic acid, which emphasizes the sparkling and fresh characteristics of this sparkling wine.
Rose Quercus Sparkling Wine is a perfect choice as an aperitif. It is an ideal accompaniment for solemn events as well delicious complement not only to fish dishes (smoked salmon, grilled fish, octopus salad, fresh fish soup) but also to cold meats (beefsteak tartare, English roast-beef, raw meat carpaccio, various cheeses), meat dishes (beefsteak, roasted kid, fillet steak, pork in wine sauce, grilled chicken) and fruit salads. This wine is also a great match to some sweets, such as hazelnut cake, curd and nut biscuits as well as almond-based sweets.
